The childrens ministy
During the Sunday service,
The children's work is going on and there is life and excitement.
All children are warmly welcome.
The teaching for children is very diverse and everyone should
to be able to have fun and learn something new.
The children's work is for kids aged 3-12.
It's a blessing to take our children to church.
COLORS - Youth ministry
The young people at Smára Church are rooted in their faith in Jesus.

Colors are the young people in Smárakirkja
Colors is about connections and a constructive community of love and friendship.
All young people who want to make Jesus the leader of their lives are welcome to join the group.
The worship team
Our goal is to reach as many people as possible and for people to get to know Jesus through our music.
We want to do our part to see our church grow and prosper.
Our purpose is to inspire, encourage and train those whom God has called into music ministry -
The goal: is to grow in excellence, sensitivity, humility, and strength.
Our desire is to see our church filled with people who want to serve God in spirit and in truth.

The Church's Prayer Work

We have faith in prayer and know that God answers prayer.
Many in the church have stories of true answers to prayer.
Intercession:
After most church services, intercessory prayer is offered for those who wish.
You can receive intercession for anything that is on people's hearts.
Prayer times:
There are prayer times in the church and then

After the prayer time, there is coffee and fellowship.
The mens ministry

This group has one thing in common: we are men.
We come together to be built up in God and have good times, where encouragement is paramount.
Regular meeting is every two months.
The womans ministry
The goal of the group is to meet in love and with edification as a guiding principle.
Proverbs 31:16-18
She has her eye on a field and buys it,
From the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard.
She girds her loins with strength
and grabs the armrests tightly.

Tekmar is the church's technology department.
Tekmar's goals:
Staying on the pulse of technology and its developments in the church. In this way, the ministry can contribute to even greater success in evangelism.
The goal is also to train new people in technical processing and ensure that the church's technical matters are in order and everything runs smoothly.
Tekmar's technicians handle audio and video processing for the website and meetings.
Tekmar oversees the purchase of equipment, computers, and sound equipment in consultation with other departments of the church.
Tekmar is a support department for other services in the church when it comes to
